Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide us with the following details:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity and that you request to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the URL(s) of the page(s) on NetballSport.com where such material is located.
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content about the removal.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if you are located in the United States) or in any district where NetballSport.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or their agent.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action against you within ten business days.
